After player testing a number of bugs have been found and fixed. Feedback showed that the pencil styled art was very clever and attractive, therefore i will make the main animation and most other in game objects look like they were drawn by pencil.

I have decided to steer away from the concept of a player score as the style of the game does not feel suitable for such competitive aspects. However I am still including collectibles. Instead of adding to a score, finding a collectible will unlock a unique Rosie red related piece of artwork. Some levels will be locked and require a key to open them. These keys will be in previous levels in places only accessible using upgrades....this will give some replay-ability.

Including the ability for certain post-its to change the player size as it difficult to only enlarge the area of the player that is overlapping the particular not. Alternatively I have decided to make the ability to grow and shrink a player upgrade. This has given me the idea to include this upgrade and a double jump upgrade into the game in later levels. Once the player has unlocked these levels they can go to previous levels with these abilities and access new areas.

Initial ideas

The initial idea for the game has been well received, with comments from fellow classmates such as, "A refreshing style of graphics" and "Quite a unique idea to have the game be made of literally notes". Constructive criticism was received in terms of level goals, collectibles and player abilities. One suggestion was to allow certain notes make the player a different size, I am going to try and incorporate this idea into the design as it seems like a neat feature. At the moment the goal of the level is reach Rosie. Collectibles may be included to add to a player score.
